Dear Sheriff,
I am writing as a concerned Texas citizen with no personal connection to the parties involved. I recently reviewed publicly available evidence online, including a detailed 26-page timeline prepared by the child’s mother, medical records, forensic nurse reports, photographs of injuries, audio recordings of outcries, court transcripts, and DFPS investigation documents. This evidence strongly supports the criminal charges already filed against Aaron Lance Mach and Shelby Sharon Mach.
The charges include:
• Continuous Family Violence
• Injury to a Child
• Aggravated Assault (Impeding Airway)
• Injury to a Child with Serious Bodily Injury
…committed against Charlotte Ross-Mach (DOB 11/10/2018) from December 21, 2022 to the present. These are offenses under Title 5 of the Texas Penal Code involving a minor victim under age 18.
Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 13.075 expressly provides that such offenses may be prosecuted in any of the following jurisdictions:
1. The county in which an element of the offense was committed → Matagorda County (where the child sustained the documented injuries during court-ordered visitations at the Mach residence);
2. The county in which the defendant is apprehended → Any county in Texas;
3. The county in which the victim resides → Mills County or Lampasas County (the child’s primary residence with her mother at the time of this visits);
4. The county in which the defendant resides → Matagorda County (Bay City area, the Machs’ residence).
The publicly posted evidence includes forensic documentation of 42 separate injuries (including signs of strangulation, blunt-force trauma, and asphyxiation), weight loss of approximately 13% of the child’s body weight, petechiae, and outcry statements made to therapists and investigators. Multiple medical and law-enforcement professionals have corroborated the injuries.
As a concerned Texas citizen, I respectfully request that your office immediately review the publicly available evidence and execute any existing warrants or initiate arrest proceedings for Aaron Lance Mach and Shelby Sharon Mach. The child’s safety is at immediate risk, and Article 13.075 clearly authorizes action in the jurisdictions listed above.

This website is intended to disseminate as much info as possible over the next few months, while training up a select few to become Yaga. We are ecstatic that you have visited out site. Here at Molae Ministeria we have evolved into many connected spaces to achieve our goals: politics, legislation, grassroots, education, and simple fear inducing “specialized tactics” (aka Criminal Affidavits). We are active with boots-on-the-ground activities, direct work with legislation, and unique perspectives and tools that allow anyone to become Yaga.

Dr. McKenzie is a Developmentalist who holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Doctorate in Psychology from Texas Christian University (TCU); doctoral emphasis in Experimental/Developmental Psychology.
Dr. McKenzie is a 4-way Certified Rater of the Adult Attachment Interview, and worked with the TCU Institute of Child Development for 7 years, leaving as the Assistant Director of Research before establishing LBH Research & Consulting, LLC. Dr. McKenzie is an expert in Attachment Theory and measurement, and in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®).
After being told, “What are you gonna do about it? No one’s gonna do anything!” by a corrupt Associate judge, Dr. McKenzie transformed in to The Magic Bus Driver. He carried the message of corruption and child abuse by the courts across the state of Texas. These Magic Bus trips have now come to include Criminal Complaints in numerous counties across the Sate.
Eventually the Bus Driving Dr. McKenzie hit his stride, morphing yet again into his current iteration: Baba-Yaga

The rest of Molae Ministeria is a very loosely organized, but tightly knit group of partisans who have decided we will not comply with unconstitutional crimes by our officials and agencies. We have numerous areas of specialization, and are constantly equipping others to enter battle. We have and will carry those that cannot help themselves. But we will teach them what we know, so that they can in turn carry others. Levels 1 & 2 most can do in some capacity, level 3 is for those that have already lost everything, so we are very selective on introducing anyone into this circle of Yaga; it is very risky to live as this type of Yaga.
Everyone can do something. Do not come to us and expect a free ride, The Magic Bus does not run on Pixie Dust and Unicorn farts. We do not have the capacity and are not a non-profit, we are warriors who need an army, not drama.
